Online trolling was taken to an entirely new level on Wednesday morning when Alabama running back Damien Harris’ mother, Lynn, posted on Facebook stating that her son had decided to move back home and play for Eastern Kentucky this upcoming season.

Her post, which has since been deleted, read like this:

“It is with a very light heart that I announce Damien has decided to leave the University of Alabama and transfer back home to EKU!! I know this may come as a shock to some but hey it is what it is! Everyone who said he was too much of a Mommas Boy to leave…well, apparently you were right!”

Lynn then followed that up with this:

You just witnessed a troll trolling her own fanbase. That’s got to be considered a breakthrough in the trolling community, right?

Poor jokes aside, Harris is expected to have a big role with the Crimson Tide in 2016, sharing the backfield with co-sophomore Bo Scarbrough. The former 5-star prospect and No. 1 overall running back from the recruiting class of 2015, Harris rushed for 157 yards and a touchdown as a freshman last season.
