As the Miami Dolphins continue to re-make their roster, another former Alabama player is reportedly on the trading block. Earlier this season, the Dolphins traded DB Minkah Fitzpatrick to the Pittsburgh Steelers after he became upset with his role on the team.

Now RB Kenyan Drake is being discussed to be moved, according to a report from the NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

“The Dolphins have had trade conversations with teams centered around RB Kenyan Drake, and the team has indicated they would trade him if the right offer presented itself,” Rapoport reported. “Drake, who has had no extension talks with Miami since camp, would welcome a new opportunity.”

Drake has 290 yards from scrimmage in five games this seasons — 153 rushing, 137 receiving — for a winless Dolphins franchise. Drake has 3,182 total yards in his four-year NFL career and 16 touchdowns.

Drake had an injury history at Alabama, but still showed explosiveness as an all-purpose weapon. He suffered a broken leg against Ole Miss in 2014, and then fractured his right arm trying to make a tackle on special teams. He averaged 6 yards a carry for his career and 12.5 yards per reception. He showed in the national championship game he can be a threat as a kickoff returner, as he took one back 95 yards for a crucial score.
