ESPN College GameDay announces Week 13 destination
For the 2020 season, College GameDay has mostly selected ESPN/ABC games with Kirk Herbstreit on the call, limiting his travel and giving The Mouse some promotion for its primetime game. For some games, however, you make an exception. Next week’s Iron Bowl is set to be the “SEC on CBS” game, but the GameDay crew is still heading to Tuscaloosa to preview college football’s premier in-state rivalry showdown.
No. 1 Alabama improved to 7-0 with a 63-3 home win over Kentucky on Saturday. No. 23 Auburn moved to 5-2, notching a 30-17 home win over Tennessee.
This year’s Iron Bowl is set for a 2:30 p.m. CT kickoff from Bryant-Denny Stadium. The SEC West rivalry clash maintained its Thanksgiving spot on the calendar, but isn’t the regular-season finale thanks to the SEC’s late start.
One of the greatest rivalries in football ‼️

War Eagle. We’re gonna need a miracle. Good thing anything can happen in the Iron Bowl.
Not this year… The game is in T-town..
BD will be missing 80% of it’s inhabitants, so home field is greatly reduced. Obviously, bama’s the better team BUT the cockiness will make a win much more enjoyable.
Strange things happen in Jordan-Hare. The pick six, the prayer in J-H. I always feel better when the Iron Bowl is at home. I’ll like y’all again next week but let Auburn Hate Week begin!
A fan being cocky has absolutely nothing to do with the outcome of the game…
It doesn’t matter if a single fan is in the stand or not. As long as it’s in T-town the crazy $hit doesn’t happen for Auburn..
Y’all are going to win, and I know you can’t wait because of how last year’s game went. I mean, you’re still wiping the tears out of your eyes from last time. Yes it’s at Bama, but magic can happen there to. Might I remind you, the Camback…
I’m afraid this won’t be pretty. I’ll be happy to be proven wrong though.
All I know is I’m holding my breathe that injuries tonight don’t come back to bite us in the butt next weekend.
Yeah, Tank has got to play for us to have a chance.
