This Luther Burden guy is good at football and should be getting more touches, it seems.

He has been the entirety of Missouri’s offense Saturday afternoon against Vanderbilt, leading the Tigers to a 17-0 halftime lead. His first of 2 touchdowns in the first half was his 2nd receiving score on the season and put the Tigers on the board to start things off.

He broke about 60 tackles for the 35-yard score.

His second touchdown of the first half came on the ground. He rushed into the end zone off a jet sweep to put Mizzou up 14-0.

Burden has been dominating when fully healthy this season. He’s been dealing with a left leg injury for the past few weeks, but seems to be back in the swing of things Saturday against the Commodores.

Tigers fans have been begging to see more of Burden since the start of the season against Louisiana Tech. Social media reacted to his 2-touchdown performance in the first half Saturday.
