Alabama has been on a roll since its appearance at SEC Media Days.

In the last two days, Alabama has landed three commitments. First, elite 2021 QB Drake Maye pulled the trigger for the Tide. Later Wednesday evening, massive Florida DT Timothy Smith committed to the Tide.

On Thursday morning, Alabama received more good news. Four-star in-state athlete Kristian Story (Lanett, Alabama) committed to Alabama over offers from Clemson and FSU, among others. The 6-foot-1, 210-pound playmaker is ranked as the nation’s No. 10 athlete and the state of Alabama’s No. 9 overall prospect for the class of 2020, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.

Although Story is listed as an athlete by recruiting services, Alabama is interested in Story at both quarterback and safety. The Lanett native was previously committed to Tennessee, but he later decommitted in September of 2018.
