Alabama LB Mack Wilson is one of the more outspoken players in the SEC. So it’s no surprise he had a lot to say about Alabama’s shutout win against LSU in Tiger Stadium.

The Crimson Tide forced punts on the Tigers’ first nine possessions, and LSU was in the negative for rushing yards at halftime. It took LSU 10 possessions before it reached Alabama’s 15-yard line, and then the Tigers missed a field goal attempt. By the end of the game, LSU had just 12 rushing yards, but perhaps more importantly for Alabama, zero points.

“The best feeling ever is going into Death Valley and winning,” he tweeted. “But not only that, also not allowing them to score a single point. Don’t sleep on this Bama Defense. #TheStandard”

Wilson had an interception in the win, but it was DL Quinnen Williams who was especially dominant with a career-high 10 tackles (3.5 tackles for loss) and 2.5 sacks. DB Savion Smith and LB Dylan Moses each had six tackles.

It was also the fourth time this season that Alabama had at least 10 tackles for a loss.
