If Julio Jones really is on the trade block, which has been reported by many insiders this offseason, Derrick Henry would clearly love for the Titans to step up and acquire the All-Pro receiver from Atlanta.

The two legendary Alabama players have managed to not only take their talents to the game’s highest level but have proven to be arguably the best players at their respective positions in the NFL in recent seasons.

Now, with the possibility of the two joining forces in Nashville, Henry appears to be very intrigued to team up with Jones.

Leading up to the 2021 NFL Draft, here is what NFL insider Albert Breer had to say about the speculation regarding Jones’ potential trade from Atlanta.

“It depends on what the Falcons are offered. I mean, I think for a first-round pick, they’d move him,” Breer said during an appearance on The Dan Patrick Show. “And I think they could agree to a deal this week. I know, like logistically, they couldn’t execute it until June 1. I think if somebody came along with a first-round pick (they would make that deal).”

Why would Atlanta even consider trading Jones? The star receiver is set to make $15,300,000 next season with another two years and over $22 million on his contract after the 2021 NFL season.

Jones also played in just nine games last season and caught 51 passes for 771 yards, both figures are his lowest dating back to the 2013 NFL season.

Following all the speculation, look at what Henry tweeted out on Thursday:
