After his team finished an evening practice in Tuscaloosa on Wednesday, Alabama head coach Nick Saban addressed the media and spoke on a number of topics surrounding the Crimson Tide as they prepare for the 2021 season.

Charlie Potter of BamaOnline247 tweeted Saban’s comments on Ohio State junior transfer wide receiver Jameson Williams. The coach was high on Williams’ talents and brains, noting that he has picked up a new offense rather quickly.

“He’s done great. He’s a really good player. He’s got really good speed. You can tell he’s an experienced player,” said Saban.

Williams, a native of St. Louis, Missouri, played in 22 games (6 starts) during his 2-year stint at Ohio State. He hauled in 15 catches for 266 yards and 3 touchdowns.
