Paul Finebaum thinks Nick Saban will have a tough time with the final part of Alabama’s 2024 schedule.

The schedules for all SEC teams were revealed on Wednesday night. The Crimson Tide, unfortunately, have to go to Oklahoma and then host Auburn in the Iron Bowl in consecutive weeks.

Finebaum said this stretch will “give Saban heartburn.”

The Tide always end the regular season with a matchup against the Tigers, but it’s usually not preceeded by a matchup with a team like the Sooners.

“The idea that Alabama has to go to Oklahoma the week before (the Iron Bowl), as opposed to playing Mercer or some other cupcake is extraordinary,” Finebaum declared. “And I’m sure it will give Nick Saban heartburn tonight.”

The Crimson Tide will kick off the 2024 season on Aug. 31 against the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers. SEC play will kick off on September 28 against the Georgia Bulldogs.

Alabama’s full schedule is as follows:
