According to Galu Tagovailoa, the father of highly-rated Alabama freshman QB Tua Tagovailoa, the whole family will be coming to Alabama in the near future.

Galu confirmed the news on Thursday, telling AL.com that Tua’s younger brother, Taulia, will enroll at nearby Thompson High School.

The reason for the move is so the Tagovailoa family can remain close to their oldest son while he plays for the Crimson Tide starting this fall:

“For us to be around my son Tua … that’s the main reason for the move,” Galu told AL.com. “We are a family and want to keep it as a family. That’s what the move is about.”

Though sophomore QB Jalen Hurts won the SEC Offensive Player of the Year award following his freshman season, Tagovailoa will try to make it a second-straight year that the Crimson Tide start a true freshman quarterback when the 2017 season kicks off this fall.
