This Alabama football team can beat opponents in many different ways.

And although freshman QB Jalen Hurts struggled against Washington in Alabama’s 24-7 win over the Huskies, he never lost his composure and never seemed frustrated.

Bottom line: he’s willing to do anything it takes to win, and he’s happy winning.

But the reality is that Hurts and Alabama’s offense — minus Bo Scarbrough — struggled against the Huskies. Part of the reason is because Washington is a very good football team, but the other half is the Crimson Tide has started slowly over the last few games on offense.

Hurts finished 7-of-14 for 57 yards and added 50 rushing yards, and he spoke to reporters after the game.
