Arkansas is working on putting together the 2024 recruiting class and landed another piece Friday evening, picking up a commitment from an athlete out of Georgia over some SEC competition.

The player is Jadan Baugh, an ATH out of Columbia High School in Decatur, Georgia. Baugh previously set a top 6 group that included Florida, Georgia and South Carolina alongside Georgia Tech and Louisville.

Baugh is the 10th commitment for Arkansas in the 2024 recruiting cycle, a group that is on pace to finish inside the top 20 classes nationally.

According to the 247 Sports Composite, the 6-foot-0.5 and 214-pound Baugh rates as a 3-star recruit and the 42nd ATH nationally for the class of 2024. Baugh has seen snaps at multiple roles on either side of the ball, but it is worth noting 247 Sports lists his primary recruiter as Jimmy Smith, RBs coach for Sam Pittman’s coaching staff with the Razorbacks.

If Arkansas views Baugh as a RB at the next level, he is the first player at the position in Arkansas’ 2024 recruiting class. That group currently ranks 15th in the country per the team composite rankings.
