Arkansas has announced its starting quarterback for its season opener against Portland State. But here are the rest of the depth chart decisions coach Chad Morris and his staff have made.

One notable surprise was that WR Trey Knox, who has missed practice time recently, was listed in the starting lineup. Knox is one of three freshmen in the starting lineup, alongside WR Treylon Burks and Greg Brooks at nickel.

“They know the impact they’re gonna have,” Morris said at a press conference.

At tight end, Cheyenne O’Grady, who got off to a slow start in the preseason, is back at the starting post. O’Grady along with Colton Jackson and Knox, who are all battling injuries, are expected to play.

At punter, Reid Bauer and Sam Loy will both play, Morris said.

One absence was at running back where Morris announced that T.J. Hammonds is suspended for the first four games of the season.
