Chad Morris has had a revolving door at quarterback this season, and the Arkansas coach is going for one more spin with Ty Storey.

Morris announced on Monday that Storey would be the Razorbacks’ starter this week at Auburn. Storey and Cole Kelley have alternated starts and playing time this season with little consistency — although Storey did not play last week against North Texas.

“We want to settle on someone,” Morris said.

Storey is 17-for-30 passing for 297 yards with three touchdowns and two interceptions.

Kelley is 31-for-56 passing for 379 yards, three TDs, four interceptions.

All four of Kelley’s interceptions came in a 44-17 loss to North Texas on Saturday when the Razorbacks were met with boos coming out of the locker room after halftime. Kelley started last week but was replaced by Connor Noland in the third quarter. Freshman John Stephen Jones also played in the loss, and they each threw an interception for a total of six by Arkansas.

The loss was Arkansas’ second straight against a non-Power 5 team after it fell the week before to Colorado State, in which the Razorbacks blew an 18-point lead.
