The touchback is often an overlooked weapon in the overall scheme of football but the Arkansas Razorbacks know the value of having a kicker capable of consistently booting the ball out of the end zone.

Or should I say they did…

After posted touchbacks on 70 of 77 kickoffs last season, ย junior kickerย Lane Saling has decided not to play for Arkansas this season. According to Arkansas Online, Saling ‘plans other pursuits’ away from football.

With Saling no longer a member of the team, the Razorbacks list five specialist remaining on the official roster: senior punterย Toby Baker, redshirt freshman punterย Blake Johnson, sophomore kickerย Cole Hedlund, senior kicker Adam McFain and freshman kickerย Connor Limpert.
