The Auburn Athletics ticket office announced a sellout for Saturday’s 2016 season opener against No. 2 Clemson at Jordan-Hare Stadium, which marks 17th consecutive sellouts for the program.

The Tigers’ streak began with the Hail Mary Miracle Game against Georgia in 2013. The Tigers’ last game without a sellout was against FAU on Oct. 23, 2016.

Despite home field advantage, Auburn is currently an eight-point underdog in Saturday’s game. Clemson went 14-1 (8-0 ACC) and appeared in the College Football Playoff Championship Game last season. Auburn finished last in the SEC West with a 7-6 (2-6 SEC) record.
