Auburn has sold out plenty of home game season ticket packages over its rich football history, but never have all group and single-game tickets been accounted for prior to the home opener.

Season tickets sold out in less than an hour after they went on sale in June and single-game options for Mississippi State and three non-conference games including Saturday’s tilt against Jacksonville State dried up two weeks ago.

“Excitement about Auburn football has never been higher and the support of our donors and fans has never been stronger,” Director of Athletics Jay Jacobs said in a press release. “Thanks to them, this is the earliest we have sold out of season tickets, individual tickets and group tickets in three decades. This is a testament to the state of our football program and the loyalty of our fans and donors. We are grateful for their support.”

This weekend marks the much-anticipated debut of Jordan-Hare Stadium’s new $13.9 million video board, the largest in college football measuring 200 feet wide and 57 feet tall.
