Auburn lands commitment from elite 2021 in-state RB, the No. 2 RB in his class
The Auburn Tigers are off to a solid start in the 2020 recruiting cycle, and on Wednesday, the Tigers picked up their first 2021 commitment.
This one was a big one, as it came from 4-star RB Armoni Goodwin, a native of Trussville, Alabama.
As you can see below, Goodwin took to Twitter on Wednesday afternoon to announce his decision to commit to coach Gus Malzahn and the Tigers:

Per the 247Sports rankings, Goodwin is the No. 2 running back in the 2021 class and the No. 4 overall recruit from the state of Alabama.
Even though he’s the only player in the Tigers’ class so far, he’s enough to have that 2021 class ranked No. 12 in the nation and No. 2 in the SEC, per 247Sports.
