The first day of the Early Signing Period is a big one for high school prospects entering the college ranks, but a few transfer players are also using it to sign with their new teams.

One of them is former Auburn receiver Nate Craig-Myers, who officially joined Colorado State on Wednesday.

Craig-Myers, an elite 2016 high school prospect out of Florida, announced his decision to transfer just three games into this season. That allowed him to obtain a redshirt under new NCAA rules that permit players to appear in four games without burning a year of eligibility.

He played in 28 games during his Auburn career, wrangling just 22 receptions for 394 yards and four scores. Now Craig-Myers is taking his talents to the Mountain West Conference.
