Hubert F. Fisher
Hubert F. Fisher led the Tennessee Volunteers to a 10-7 combined record in two seasons as head football coach from 1902-1903.
Hubert F. Fisher served as head football coach at the University of Tennessee for two season from 1902-1903, leading the Vols to one winning season in that time. His 1902 team ended the season with a 6-2 record, and his 1903 team dropped to 4-5. His teams were a combined 4-6 against Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Association. Fisher left coaching following the ’03 season, and eventually served in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1917-1931. He passed away in 1941 at the age of 63.
