Nebraska-Colorado is not lacking for anticipation during Week 2. In fact, the game leads all of college football in terms of priciest tickets for the weekend.

When it comes to the list of most expensive tickets, the Huskers and Buffs lead the way with the lowest price available of $369 as of Tuesday. That cost even tops the much-anticipated Texas-Alabama matchup in Tuscaloosa with the lowest price available of $170 for that game.

It is not hard to understand why the unranked matchup in Boulder is a hot ticket. First, the two sides are bitter rivals stemming from their time in the old Big 8/12 Conference. Due to realignment, the two sides have played just twice since the start of 2011 with Colorado winning in 2018 and 2019.

However, the rivalry is not even the biggest story this time around. After a high-flying Colorado debut in Week 1, Deion Sanders and his new-look Buffs program are set to make their home debut this Saturday.

After historic performances from Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter in the opener, Coach Prime and his crew will have the environment buzzing in Boulder. The two teams will also take the national spotlight as a part of FOX’s Big Noon Kickoff.
