I just saw your comment and I find it very ironic. Auburn fans are well known for their nasty little antics to opposing fans also. I went to the UGA /Auburn game in 1986 (at Auburn). We beat a Pat Dye team that was way better than us on paper. At the end of the game some Georgia fans wanted payback for the 2 previous Auburn wins in Athens when many Auburn fans destroyed our hedges by breaking whole branches off. Some Georgia fans were going to try to take some grass because that’s all Auburn had that could be messed up. As I watched from the stands I saw AU employees turn the water cannons on the Georgia fans. Not only did they spray people on the field they sprayed a lot of Georgia fans still in the stands. Auburn actually had to write a letter of apology to the University of Georgia. Long story I know but Georgia fans aren’t the only fans in the SEC that act like idiots. We have a lot of company. And at the risk of being rude we really don’t care if you come to our stadium or not. We would be just as happy if you stayed home.
