Okay Hobnail Boot and others: HNB says "The pro-Richt stats are what every program wants." The one stat I keep coming back to is the abysmal record against ranked teams since 2007. 10-21 against end-of-season top 25 teams and something like 2-13 against top 10 teams. How do you defend that record and say that is what every program is striving for? I'm not delusional -- I know we can't win a NC or even SEC championship every year, but we should at least play for an NC every 10 years or so, and win an SEC championship every 5-6 years. We also should be at least competitive in almost all games with ranked teams and win at least half of them, and ideally a little more. Those are my standards, and Richt, unfortunately is not meeting them. All I know is what I see and feel. I am a fan so I can participate and be a part of rousing victories and historic moments. Richt has given us a very few since 2007. Tell me which games and accomplishments you'll be telling your grandkids about in 20 years -- the epic comeback OT victory against our in-state rival Ga. Southern?
