This is exactly what we have now. The CFP was designed to make the rich richer! I have cut the cord to all games except the G5. They have actual competition where coaching and effort can give rise to parity. Look at Coastal, Liberty, BYU, Cincinatti. Much more interesting to watch than Bama, Clemson, OSU and OK everyyear.

Wont happen, Bama gets best exposure, best talent, most money every year. Wont change until far more teams are in playoff. Then more kids will stay closer to home, more even spread of money will spread coaching talent and parity will come back. Fastest way to energize college football, 16 team playoff.

I admire Alabama. But you miss the point! When more teams had a shot, talent spread more evenly accross the nation. Money and coaching talent also spread out. The CFP 4 team playoff inevitably made the rich richer. So that is great if you want to see a professional team play high school teams. That is what has evolved, boring. And fans are fleeing for mor interesting things. Not good for Bama or college football.

CFP is destroying D1 football, it was inevitable! When you tilt the filed by eliminating 99% of the teams from any possibilty of being champion, what to you get. 15 teams splt the top 150 recruits EVERY YEAR, plusfar more revenue, to buy best coaches, facilities, exposure what else can happen! Heck NFL teams dont have a tenth of the advantage that the Tide has, they have to share the talent. The CFP killed parity when it limited playoff to four teams. They better fix it fast or even the top teams will see revenue plummet as more fans cut the cord from college football.
