After firing Les Miles, LSU AD Joe Alleva pens letter to fans
I have been an out of state LSU fan, mostly in part due to the coaching style of Les Miles. It is too bad that the LSU AD succumbed to the typical pressures from boosters and vocal fans. To terminate a coach mid-season is devastating for the kids that play the game. Not to mention the money being paid per contract requirements- tremendously wasteful. I am disappointed in the timing of this decision. It will be hard for me to continue rooting for and spending $$ supporting this kind of program management. Bad move, Joe Alleva!!!
