Brownie has too much class to coach anywhere in Mississippi. I don't think the Magnolia State is ready for that much refinement.
Did I miss something somewhere? The "Class number on the side of the helmet"? I thought it was the uniform number on the side of the helmet.
Cam wants it both ways, he expects the visiting team and it's fans to respect his home turf in Carolina, but he and the team's fans don't respect the turf of the teams they're playing when on the road. If he didn't want the Packer's fans displaying a banner in his stadium, he should have let his actions on the field shame them into removing it, not tear it down because it doesn't belong in his house.
Lost at home to Toledo... Lost at home to Texas Tech... Lost at Jerry World to A&M... I'll concede the loss in Tuscaloosa.
Trae1190 was probably cheering for the terrorists in Paris, that's what low-lives do.
Music City is on the same level as Outback, Belk, Liberty, TaxSlayer & Texas as far as hierarchy and payout. Only Play-off, New Year's Six and Citrus are higher than these 6 games with Birmingham and Independence the lower rung on the ladder. It's about putting the teams in the best place for the fans and match ups available.
Just remember, you can't spell 'Citrus' without 'UM', or is that you can't spell 'Birmingham' without 'USC'?
Also, the weekend of Nov 5th & Nov 7th will be seven conference games. The Thursday night game is inter-division with State at Mizzou, but Saturday is 3 SEC West vs. SEC West and 3 SEC East vs. SEC East games.
Corrections: South Carolina plays two "Power Conference" teams and the other 9 teams play one each. UNC Charlotte only has one game against the SEC and that means CUSA has 11 games of the 31 non-power FBS conference games.
Very strong schedule overall - Mizzou still has a game to fill, which can change these observations, but based on what is known: Each team has a single bye, none before 10/10 and all but Ole Miss (11/14) in October, Tennessee is the only one to have 6 games before and 6 games after its bye week. All teams except Florida (0) plays one FCS team. Ole Miss, Miss State, Missouri and Vandy do not play a team from the other 4 "Power Conferences" (1 Pac 12, 1 Big 10, 2 Big XII 6 ACC), the other 10 teams have one game each, 2 are away (UGA at GA Tech & LSU at Syracuse) and 3 are neutral site (A&M vs. AZ St., Auburn vs. Louisville & Bama vs. Wisconsin). Thirty-two games are against "non-power FBS conference" teams - five teams, Middle Tennessee, New Mexico St, UL Monroe, UNC Charlotte and Western Kentucky, which are either CUSA or Sun Belt teams each play two SEC teams. CUSA (12) and Sun Belt (9) make up 21 of the 32. The other conferences are American Athletic (5), Mountain West (3) and MAC (3).
