It's going to be interesting finding out just how good a coach Morris can be at AU. I bought what he was selling when he came to AR, and supported him for most of his time there. However, Bielema didn't leave him a full blown dumpster fire, his biggest problems were his teams inexplicably losing leads and hiring questionable assistants. Morris took a demoralized team with mediocre to lower level SEC talent and turned it into a full blown nuclear reactor meltdown. Whatever the reasons, and IMO there were many of them, he failed miserably in his attempt at being a head coach in the SEC.
