Anthony Richardson leaves Colts game in 2nd quarter after apparent hard tackle
Anthony Richardson already dealt with a concussion this season, and now the former Florida star and current Indianapolis Colts quarterback may be out again.
Richardson went down again on Sunday, and immediately pointed to his right shoulder. Gardner Minshew replaced Richardson just like he did in Week 2.
The CBS broadcast showed him carefully holding or favoring his shoulder as he left the field and headed to the locker room. The Colts led the Titans 10-6 at that point in the game, with a few minutes left in the 1st half.

Richardson was 9-for-12 passing for 98 yards, and also had 2 carries for 5 yards.
It appears the injury may have happened on a hard tackle where Richardson landed on his right shoulder after a 4-yard gain. He was tackled by Harold Landry.
Richardson was announced as questionable to return with the right shoulder injury.
