The Florida Gators are bringing in a strong recruiting class this year, but they already have some firepower locked down for the 2020-21 season, too.
That’s because they’re bringing in a former Conference USA Freshman of the Year, but he’ll have to sit out the 2019-20 season due to NCAA transfer rules.
As you can see below, former Louisiana Tech F Anthony Duruji announced via Twitter that he was committing to Florida:

In two years with the Bulldogs, Duruji appeared in 65 games, starting 52. This past season, he averaged 12.2 points, 6.2 rebounds and 1.2 blocks per game.
The 6-7 forward should be a strong addition to the Gators’ roster when he’s eligible to play again.
