After a highly successful Early Signing Period, Florida is welcoming nine incoming recruits to Gainesville for the spring semester.

The Gators made the announcement Wednesday, cluing fans in to which prospects will be participating in spring football. The group includes six 4-star prospects and three 3-stars, giving Florida much-needed depth during the spring considering five underclassmen have already announced they’re leaving school early to enter the NFL draft.

“These guys have the opportunity to get a jump start on their college careers on the field and in the classroom,” Gators coach Dan Mullen said in a statement.

Perhaps the most notable early enrollee is 4-star quarterback Jalon Jones, who Mullen raved about after signing him last month. He could add some intrigue to Florida’s quarterback situation, which had some down moments in 2018.

Below is the list of nine early enrollees for Florida.

  • 4-star LB Mohamoud Diabate
  • 4-star OL Will Harrod
  • 4-star DB Jaydon Hill
  • 4-star QB Jalon Jones
  • 3-star LB Jesiah-Gabriel Pierre
  • 3-star OL Kingsley Raitt-Eguakun
  • 4-star DB Chris Steele
  • 4-star OL Michael Tarquin
  • 3-star OT Ethan White
