“Today we’re honoring Mike Leach. Our hearts are with his family, friends and the (Mississippi State) community,” the Gators shared on social media.

Mississippi State will host a public memorial service to honor Leach at 1 p.m. local time in Starkville on Tuesday inside Humphrey Coliseum.

The memorial service will be streamed live on SEC Network and in the ESPN app.

Leach passed away at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi, following complications from a heart condition. He was 61.
