Florida receiver reportedly suffers foot injury during Tuesday practice
Florida landed a key transfer through the portal this offseason to bolster the receiving corps, bringing in Ricky Pearsall from Arizona State.
Pearsall had 48 catches for 580 yards and 4 touchdowns for the Sun Devils in 2021, adding an additional score as a runner.
But, according to a report from 247Sports, Pearsall could miss some time after suffering a foot injury in Tuesday’s practice:

It’s unclear how long Pearsall will miss, but this will certainly hurt the Florida offense as it works to implement new coach Billy Napier’s system ahead of a Week 1 showdown with Utah.
Pearsall will be an important piece to the Gator offense this fall, so we’ll see how soon he’s able to return from this reported foot injury.
