Florida and Georgia will be competing this weekend for first place in the SEC East. Florida is a 2.5-point favorite heading into the annual showdown in Jacksonville.

The two squads are somewhat similar. Both have inexperienced quarterbacks and a strong running game. On defense, Florida owns an advantage with the No.3 unit in the SEC, while the Bulldogs rank No. 9.

Let’s take a closer look at Florida’s impact players heading into Saturday:

1. QB Treon Harris — Harris finished a respectable 17-of-32 for 271 yards and two touchdowns in a tough test at LSU, but was 2-for-12 in passing down the stretch. He may have to do more against Georgia.

2. RB Kelvin Taylor —  Kelvin Taylor, averaging only 3.59 yards per carry, has rushed for 100 yards only once this season, Sept. 26 against Tennessee. He’ll face a defense allowing just 120 rushing yards per game.

3. LB Antonio Morrison — Morrison, who leads the Gators with 54 tackles, can break into the backfield and disrupt offenses.

4. TE Jake McGee — A solid option for short, quick gains, McGee caught five balls for 43 yards and two TDs against LSU. For the season, he’s second on the team in receptions with 23 for 200 yards and three TDs.

5. CB Vernon Hargreaves III —  Hargreaves, a preseason all-SEC choice, leads the Gators with three interceptions. The junior may have opportunities for more against Lambert, who has struggled in his last three games.
