Florida fans eagerly await end of Todd Grantham era after rough first half vs. Oklahoma

Florida trails Oklahoma 31-13 at halftime of Wednesday’s Cotton Bowl in Texas.

No, those 31 points aren’t all on the defense, as QB Kyle Trask threw a pick-6 and head coach Dan Mullen opted to attempt a 58-yard field goal late in the first half, giving the Sooners a short field to score the final touchdown of the half. Oh, and then there were all the opt-outs on both sides of the ball.

But, let’s just say Florida fans are still tired of DC Todd Grantham. There were plenty of calls to fire the embattled coordinator after the first 2 quarters of Wednesday’s game.

We’ll see what Florida decides to do after the season. But, fans have made it very clear what they want.
