Florida revealed it will wear its new white helmets and an all-white uniform for the first time in a video shared on Twitter Saturday hours before its game at Tennessee. The uniform also includes the rarely worn white helmet, jerseys, pants and cleats with blue and orange as secondary colors, which will be worn together for the first time, according to Alligator Army.

The Gators have worn the white helmets twice before, in a win over Vanderbilt and a loss to Florida State in 2015, but paired them with orange and blue uniforms in both matchups. The team also wore white Nike Pro Combat helmets in 2009 during a victory over FSU and last season’s SEC Championship game loss to Alabama, which was Florida’s only previous use of white helmets, jerseys and pants during the modern era.

The Gators have worn a white jersey and pants combination 23 times since 2005 and have gone 15-8, including a national title victory in January 2009.
