Since class of 2023 5-star Arch Manning traveled to Athens for an unofficial visit at Georgia for the Bulldogs’ SEC game vs. South Carolina on Sept. 18, UGA fans have wanted to know what the 6-foot-4, 215-pound quarterback thought of his time in Sanford Stadium.

Arch Manning is the No. 1 overall prospect in the 2023 class, according to 247Sports composite rankings. He is also the son of Cooper Manning and the nephew of Peyton and Eli Manning.

When Cooper was asked by Jeff Sentell and DawgNation.com this week about his son’s visit, he didn’t exactly offer up reveling insights.

“I think it is best as a parent to just enjoy the visits and keep my comments out of the public,” Manning said. “Arch mentioned he had a great visit and I think that’s plenty enough.”

Arch Manning’s suitors include Alabama, Texas, Ole Miss and Clemson, among others.

Cooper Manning told DawgNation one more thing about the UGA program that at least gives Bulldog fans something to hang on to, for now.

“Athens was great,” he said. “Kirby (Smart) and his staff are first class.”
