Despite his success as one of the most memorable running backs in Georgia history that ended in a memorable Rose Bowl victory, Nick Chubb had struggled in his first few NFL games.

Through his first three games, he had just 7 rushes for 41 yards sitting behind Carlos Hyde who already had 61 carries for more than 200 yards and 4 touchdowns.

Sunday against the Raiders, Chubb made his case for more playing time.

On just three carries in regulation, he had 105 yards and 2 touchdowns including a 63-yard run which brought back memories of his time in Athens. He followed that up with another 41-yard run to put the Browns up late in the fourth quarter. Though they eventually lost in overtime, it was still a great day for the former Georgia star.

If Chubb can churn out more days like Sunday, he should be starter soon enough if he produces like that.
