The Georgia Bulldogs have lost three underclassmen to the NFL Draft. We’ll call it Black Friday in Athens.

First, TE Isaac Nauta announced he’d leave school early, and then, WR Riley Ridley also announced the same news.

Everyone, however, was waiting on WR Mecole Hardman Jr.’s decision, and like the previous two offensive players, Hardman announced he’d also enter the NFL Draft.

Hardman is the do-it-all talent the Bulldogs desperately needed the last couple of seasons. In three-career seasons in Athens, Hardman caught 60 passes for 961 yards and 11 TDs. He also added two rushing TDs.

The speedster was also a weapon on special teams, too, returning 39 punts for 592 yards and one TD, along with 35 kickoff returns for 875 yards.

“After much prayer and thought, my parents and I have made the decision that it is best that I forgo my final year at Georgia and enter the 2019 Draft,” Hardman wrote. “This has been a dream since I picked up a football and now that my dreams are becoming a reality I could not be more excited.”

To add to Nauta, Ridley and Hardman, two other offensive players have transferred. QB Justin Fields is headed to Ohio State, while TE Luke Ford is headed to Illinois.
