Georgia’s latest win over the Florida Gators shed light on an eye-popping stat. The Bulldogs have won 18 straight games over SEC East opponents, with an average margin of victory of 27.3 points per game.

The last time the Bulldogs lost to an SEC foe was in 2020 against the Gators.

This stat shows just how utterly dominant the Dawgs have been over the last few years.

The win on Saturday improved the Dawgs to 8-0 on the season and 5-0 in SEC play. The Dawgs will have a chance to extend that SEC East win streak next week when the Missouri Tigers come to town.

The 2023 Tigers are not the typical Tigers we’re used to seeing. In 2023, the Tigers are the No, 16 team in the nation and boast arguably the best receiver core in the conference. The Dawgs will still be without their best player, Brock Bowers, as well.

After Mizzou, Georgia will finish the season with games against Ole Miss, Tennessee, and Georgia Tech.
