Jake Fromm’s popularity across Georgia is growing by each win for the Bulldogs. But in his hometown of Warner Robins, the locals have seen this coming for a while.

That may be why The Butcher Shop has added a menu item to honor the freshman quarterback who leads the undefeated Bulldogs.

According to a report from Steve Hummer of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the meat shop has added a hamburger called The Fromm. It’s made with bacon, swiss and mushrooms, the way Fromm himself prefers burgers, according to his parents and store owner Amy Dean.

“We wanted to honor him,” said Dean, who with her husband, David, runs The Butcher Shop here in Fromm’s hometown. “He’s just a great kid who has done a lot for all of Houston County.”

Fromm and Georgia will play Florida on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. in Jacksonville, Fla. in a game to be televised on CBS.
