Fox Sports college football analyst Joel Klatt is joining the majority of the college football media by picking Georgia to beat TCU in the College Football Playoff championship game.

But Klatt goes into a little more detail on why he feels the way he does.

“The championship mettle of the Georgia Bulldogs is too strong,” Klatt said. “32-1 in their last 33 games. They have been the best team in college football over the last two years.”

Klatt believes that TCU’s success against Michigan, especially up front, is something Georgia will focus on going into Monday.

“TCU will have the full attention of the Georgia Bulldogs,” Klatt continued. so in the end I think Georgia will win this game and win their second national championship in as many years.”

Even though Klatt feels seems confident about Georgia winning, he isn’t going to underestimate what TCU could do on offense behind quarterback Max Duggan and with Sonny Dykes callig plays. He expects the game to be close down the stretch.

“Georgia has given up 71 points,” Klatt explained. “71 in the last two games. They have given up 72 points in the previous six.”

Fans do you think TCU can put up enough offense on Monday to keep the championship game close?
