Matthew Stafford’s wife Kelly has apologized on social media for firing a pretzel at a fan Monday night during the Los Angeles Rams’ game at the San Francisco 49ers. The Rams struggled for much of the night in a 31-10 loss.

The incident began when a fan behind her began trash talking against her husband. According to one witness to TMZ Sports, Kelly hurled a soft pretzel at the man. The witness reported that Levi’s Stadium security eventually stepped in and escorted Kelly and her crew away from the area to other seats in the venue.

“I’m an idiot,” Kelly wrote on her social media page. “He was saying a bunch of things that were aggressive towards our crew but zero excuse. I tried to apologize, but in the end knew I was wrong. Will always stand up for my guy and everyone I love, but obviously needed to do it completely different! I’m embarrassed too! Sorry you had to witness me in my weak moment!”
