The Kansas City Chiefs have released former Georgia quarterback Aaron Murray, according to Pro Football Talk.

Murray started all four years for the Bulldogs and finishes his college career holding several SEC passing records, but his success hasn’t transferred over to the NFL.

A fifth-round draft pick who has yet to throw a pass in a regular-season game, Murray has struggled mightily this preseason. He threw three interceptions and no touchdowns in four preseason appearance while completing just 61 percent of his passes.
