Cummings is a versatile offensive weapon who was lightly-used during his time with the Wildcats. He caught 18 passes for 293 yards and 3 touchdowns during his time with the Wildcats. All of that production came during the 2023 and 2021 seasons. In 2022, he had zero receptions but did run the ball once for 23 yards and had a role on special teams.

He joins a Louisville team that has loaded up on transfers so far this offseason. The Cardinals have now added 13 transfer commitments this cycle and boast one of the top-rated classes in the country.

Cummings is a Louisville native. He chose the Wildcats as a 3-star prospect in the class of 2020. He will have 1 year of eligibility remaining.
