Kentucky commit Kiyaunta Goodwin lifted 495 pounds on he bench, and shared it on social media. Earlier, he showed that he’s already ready for the NFL Combine when he lifted 225 pounds 34 or 35 times.

Goodwin committed to the Wildcats about 4 months ago, and the 6-foot-7, 300-pounder out of Charlestown, Indiana chose UK over finalists Alabama, Clemson, Michigan State and Ohio State. When he committed, he was rated the No. 7 offensive tackle of this class, and the No. 2 player in Indiana. Overall, he is the No. 54 player in the Class of 2022 by the 247Sports Composite.

He is a 4-star offensive tackle with an eye-popping 63 offers. He’s now moved up to being the No. 1 player in Indiana, and the No. 6 offensive tackle of this class, and No. 49 player of this class.
