The Kentucky Wildcats are off to a slow start in the 2020 recruiting cycle, but the players they have landed so far are quality guys.

On Sunday, they added the second player to their 2020 class, and he’s another 4-star guy who plays in the trenches.

As you can see below, 4-star OL John Young, a Kentucky native, announced via Twitter that he was committing to coach Mark Stoops and the Wildcats:

Per the 247Sports composite, Young is the No. 28 offensive tackle in the class of 2020 and the No. 4 overall recruit from the state of Kentucky.

Young is the second player in the Wildcats’ 2020 class, which currently ranks No. 63 in the nation and No. 14 in the SEC, per 247Sports.
