Back-to-back? NFL scout names the one thing LSU needs to reach title game again
The LSU Tigers had one of the best seasons in college football history in 2019, going 15-0 and winning a national championship.
Heading into 2020, the Tigers have a ton of talent to replace, as many from the 2019 squad will be playing in the NFL this fall. What will it take to get back to the title game?
Per NFL Draft analyst Matt Miller, one top NFL scout said the only thing the Tigers need to make another title run is consistent play from QB Myles Brennan:
Conversation with one of the best scouts in the NFL this morning.
"If LSU gets consistent play at QB, they're going back to the Natty."

Yes, the Tigers have a lot of talent to replace, but the cupboard is far from bare. Biletnikoff-winning WR Ja’Marr Chase is back, as is elite CB Derek Stingley Jr.
How many games will the Tigers win this fall, and can they make it back to the College Football Playoff? Only time will tell.
