Brian Kelly’s debut at LSU hasn’t been much to shout about through one half. The offense looks disjointed and can’t get the ball to Kayshon Boutte. The defense has struggled to stop third down. The special teams includes a blocked field goal and a muff on a punt return by Malik Nabers.

And Kelly couldn’t hide his frustration in an interview with Katie George before the second-half kickoff.

“We can’t play any worse than that…I don’t think, it’s my first game,” Kelly said.

“The guys have just got to be free and go play and execute the way they’re playing,” he added. “And now we’ve got to overcome a little adversity in the second half and grow as a football time.”

And of course the internet has zero chill about the Tigers’ play.

Midway through the third quarter and the adversity continues as Florida State has extended its lead to 17-3 and LSU’s first offensive possession of the second half was a three-and-out.
