What makes LSU fans so different than others?

Well, ESPN College GameDay analyst Desmond Howard thinks that’s an easy question to answer.

The premier pregame show is in Baton Rouge Saturday, and the analysts are fielding questions from the media Friday afternoon. Howard was asked what makes Tigers fans different than others.

“They start drinking brown liquor much earlier than other fans, especially at tailgates,” Howard explained. “That’s a very unfair advantage for the LSU Tigers.”

Tiger Stadium is known to be a disruptive and chaotic environment, and the tailgating scene is certainly a major reason why. LSU fans are hoping to bring relentless noise Saturday night and cause chaos to Florida’s offense.

The top 10 matchup pits LSU’s dynamic offense against Florida’s disruptive defense.

The Tigers and Gators kickoff Saturday night at 8:00 p.m. ET on ESPN.
