LSU QB to be part of Cheez-It NIL deal with strange perk ahead of Citrus Bowl
Perhaps you’ve heard about the Cheez-It room already. Perhaps you thought it was a joke of some kind. Apparently not.
LSU quarterback Garrett Nussmeier will be part of Cheez-It’s first-of-its-kind NIL deal where 1 athlete from all 4 schools in a Cheez-It sponsored bowl game will stay in a cheddar-themed hotel room.
Nussmeier joins Florida State’s Mycah Pittman, Oklahoma’s Michael Turk and Purdue’s Tyrone Tracy Jr as athletes receiving the 4 separate rooms.
